If you continue to browse and utilise this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy dictate CUSTOM BOXES TOGO’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms/conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘CUSTOM BOXES TOGO’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered name is USA Specialty Paper (Trading as CUSTOM BOXES TOGO). Our registered office is located at 3166 Broaddus Maple Court Avenue, Madisonville KY 42431, United States of America. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

  • The content of the pages of this website is for your common information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.  As a result, we highly suggest you order a sample by calling our team on +44 20 3290 0516.
  • If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, we do not provide refunds, however, a CUSTOM BOXES TOGO store credit will be issued. Please note that this does not apply to manufactured orders. Once an order is placed for a produced product/made to order item, this cannot be cancelled.  Items that are made to order, can be clearly recognised on the website.
  • Neither we nor any 3rd parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the correctness, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any critical purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain mistakes or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such mistakes or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to assure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your particular requirements.
  • This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, look, layout, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times and will not be held responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of any delays in transport

Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to products purchased through CUSTOM BOXES TOGO (USA Specialty Paper). We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.  CUSTOM BOXES TOGO adhere strictly to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, and as such we provide all exchanges and returns as needed by this Act.  However, as clearly noted in the terms/conditions, throughout our website and order confirmation emails we do not allow returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. To assure that you order the correct product to suit your needs we offer a sample service, whereby you can buy a sample of any of our products to assure that it is right for you prior to buying a large quantity.

In accordance with Australian consumer law CUSTOM BOXES TOGO does not accept exchanges or refunds in the following situations:

  • changed your mind (for example no longer require the custom boxes or ordered too many of a particular product)
  • ordered the wrong item (for example the packaging you purchased from CUSTOM BOXES TOGO was too large or small for your needs)
  • found the goods cheaper elsewhere
  • were aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods (for example sample stock)
  • damaged the goods by misusing them (for example folded products incorrectly).
  • as a result of any delays by a courier

If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a 20% administration and processing fee is applicable and a CUSTOM BOXES TOGO store credit will be issued. Please note that this does not apply to manufactured orders. Once an order is placed for a manufactured product, this cannot be cancelled. In the occasion of a cancellation of a manufactured product, no refund or store credit is available.

Courier Delays
We do not offer exchange or refunds based on courier delays. In addition, we are unable to return courier cost in the event of a delay in delivery. If you are having issues with courier delivery, please contact us quickly as we would be more than happy to help. Alternatively, you can contact the courier company directly with your tracking information and they will be able to help faster.

If you prefer to use an alternative courier other than the ones that CUSTOM BOXES TOGO has available, you are more than welcome to organise your own courier (or personal) collection from our warehouse at 3166 Broaddus Maple Court Avenue, Madisonville KY 42431, United States of America.

If you have chosen to use your own courier, please note that CUSTOM BOXES TOGO is unable to fill in manual consignments, therefore you MUST email your consignment note for our dispatch team to help@customboxestogo.com. Without this electronic consignment note, we are unable to release your order. If you are unable to give us with an electronic consignment note, we can arrange a freight quote for you.

Store Credit Expiry
All CUSTOM BOXES TOGO store credits expire within 6 months of issue.

Warehouse Collections
Unless other arrangements have been made in writing with CUSTOM BOXES TOGO, all warehouse collections must be assembled within 30 business days from notification of availability by the warehouse. If your order is not assembled within 30 business days, a storage fee of $15 per day will apply (per pallet). If your order is not collected within 60 days from notification of availability, your order will be automatically cancelled and NO refund or store credit will be available.

Samples
Please note that for general sample questions:
– A postage and handling charge may be applicable
– Samples are provided in brown or white with a colour swatch
– A sample charge may apply and only one sample by-product can be supplied.
– Made to order samples are provided in brown only with a colour swatch for your viewing.
If you are ordering samples under our current free sample improvement, please note that this is limited to 2 free samples per client. Samples are provided in brown or white with a colour swatch. In addition, there may be a postage and handling charge (depending on your chosen samples) if you are unable to assemble your free sample from our warehouse.

What payment methods does CUSTOM BOXES TOGO accept?
We accept payment via Direct Deposit, Paypal, Cheque and Credit Card. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for all payments made via AMEX. In addition, there is a 1.5% surcharge for payments made via Visa or Mastercard if the order values exceed $5000.

Returns for Purchases made from CUSTOM BOXES TOGO

In accordance with USA customer law CUSTOM BOXES TOGO does not accept exchanges or refunds in the following situations:

  • changed your mind (for example no longer require the boxes or ordered too many of a particular product)
  • were aware of the relevant fault before purchasing the goods (for example sample stock)
  • damaged the goods by misusing them (for example folded products incorrectly).
  • ordered the wrong item (for example the packaging you purchased from CUSTOM BOXES TOGO was too large or small for your needs)
  • found the goods cheaper elsewhere

CUSTOM BOXES TOGO ask that you choose carefully and we offer a sample service to allow for you to test our products for sizing and quality prior to placing a large order.

What if the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered?
We take extreme care in assuring our goods are of the greatest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.

Returns will be accepted for products bought online if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your Order. All claims for faulty or inaccurately delivered items must be received within 5 days from date of dispatch.

CUSTOM BOXES TOGO may ask you to provide further information or photographs via email to help us assess your situation and to help resolve the issue as fast as possible.

All online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to CUSTOM BOXES TOGO for an official assessment by the CUSTOM BOXES TOGO product development team.

How long will it take to get a refund if approved?
Once your goods have been received by CUSTOM BOXES TOGO, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund.
